“One learns more of Christ in being married and rearing children than in several lifetimes spent in study in a monastery.”

I do believe that in order for you to become a saint you have to undergo a lot of tragedies and problems and make something memorable and an inspirational kind of act. Most of us are wondering what saint is all about but for me, a saint is considered a simple person who acted a good faith to others. Being a prayerful person does not make you a saint and going to church every day or every Sunday does not make you a good person but what truly matters is what you do to your neighbor. We should love our neighbors as we love our God and ourselves.

For me, the quote means that we learn more about our Lord through experiences and people. And I really agree with the quote. That is why they say that experience is the best teacher because without experiencing something you will never learn anything. While we need people to grow, we need someone to let us see how we can be. How we can be a great person in the future. We need to grow with people and experience in life.
